I am thrilled to announce that I have been selected to be a volunteer for the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2025, which will be held in Nashville, Tennessee. I received a congratulatory email from Aretha Wright, the On-site Volunteer Coordinator, confirming my selection.
As a volunteer, I will have the chance to contribute to the successful execution of this major academic conference. The ICIS conference is a premier event for the Information Systems community, bringing together leading scholars, researchers, and practitioners from around the world. Being a part of the team that helps make this event a reality is a significant honor.
This opportunity offers numerous benefits, including the chance to expand my professional network, meet with prominent researchers, and gain a deeper understanding of how large-scale academic events are managed. It is an invaluable experience that will enhance my professional skills and academic journey.
The conference is scheduled for December 14–17, 2025. According to the acceptance email, my next steps are to ensure my AIS membership is current and complete my conference registration by the deadline of October 20, 2025.
